How can we help?
Get help with bulk product edits, previews, schedules, and your account.
App and email support are available in English.
Contact SKU Pilot support
Email support@nlplug.com. Include your store’s myshopify.com domain, what you were trying to do, the approximate time and timezone, and the Activity run ID if available. A screenshot of the error can help.
Please leave out passwords, access tokens, payment details, and customer personal information. Redact sensitive information in screenshots and attachments.
Email supportStart with a small bulk edit
- Open SKU Pilot from Apps in Shopify Admin.
- Open Edit and describe a change for a small, clearly identified group of products.
- Review the affected products, before-and-after values, warnings, and any required approvals in the preview.
- Apply the edit when the preview is correct, or schedule it if your plan supports scheduling.
- Open Activity to check the result and inspect any failed rows.
Common questions
The app will not open or asks me to sign in again
Sign in to the correct store in Shopify Admin and reopen SKU Pilot from Apps. If it still fails, send support the error message and your browser name and version. Never send your login session or password.
The preview does not match my request
Do not apply the edit. Narrow the product selection and make the desired field and value explicit, then create a new preview. AI interpretation can be incorrect, so always check the affected rows and values.
A run failed or completed only some rows
Open Activity and inspect the run’s errors. Resolve the reported issue, then use Retry failed rows where available. Avoid repeating the entire original operation: successful rows may already have changed.
Can I undo an edit?
Eligible runs offer manual restore for 24 hours. Open Activity, choose the run, and review the restore preview before confirming. Restore is not available for every operation. A temporary sale uses a separate scheduled restoration snapshot; variants changed since the sale was applied can be skipped as conflicts.
How do I manage a scheduled change?
Open Activity to inspect upcoming schedules and use the available pause, resume, or cancel actions. Check the store timezone and scheduled times. Canceling an upcoming run does not undo edits already applied.
How do I import a CSV?
On an eligible plan, open Advanced and download the app’s CSV template. Upload a file up to 10 MB and 50,000 edits, resolve validation errors, and review the preview before applying. Upload sessions expire after 24 hours.
How do I change my plan or ask about a charge?
Use Manage plan in SKU Pilot to open Shopify’s plan-selection page. Review the prices and terms shown by Shopify before confirming a change. Email support with the store domain and charge details if you need help understanding a charge or requesting a refund; do not send payment card details.
What happens when I uninstall?
Uninstall SKU Pilot through Shopify Admin’s app settings. Uninstalling stops future app access and triggers cleanup of stored app data when Shopify sends the notification. It does not undo existing product edits, and app-managed future restores will no longer run. Review active schedules and restore any eligible changes you need before uninstalling. See our privacy policy for retention details.
